1). We do not maintain a subscription roster therefore we do not have a "list" to share or sell.  No information that you provide us will be shared with or distributed to anyone period.

2) We utilize our own merchant account to process subscriptions. Subscriptions are processed by us, on our own secured server which means no "third parties" have access to your personal data. We do not maintain a database of members personal information. Once you submit your data fpr subscription, the information you provide is used only to obtain authorization to charge your credit card for the subscription fee. The information you provided is then purged. No record is kept to associate a subscriber with their  user ID & password.

When a subscriber submits their email address to subscribe, it is used ONLY in the event there is a problem processing the order. Such examples might include a bank decline, user leaving a line blank or mistyping the credit card number (invalid credit card number). In such cases, the person subscribing can be notified promptly at the email address they supplied on the form of the error and given a chance to resubmit the subscription.

3). We do not log our website or re-mailer. We do not maintain activity logs.

4). Since we do not maintain a subscriber list you will not receive unwanted mailings from us via snail mail or electronic mail. All of our updated information and our monthly newsletter can be accessed by subscribers anytime at their leisure by going to the subscribers area.

5). We do not accept advertising on our websites therefore, subscribers will never get hit with pop ups, banner ads or other annoying distractions as we do not permit them within the subscribers area.
