Q: What platforms will your service work on? A: All Windows platforms, Mac, Unix & AOL. We also offer web based facilities compatible with WebTV and for those who don’t want to, or just can’t download software.

Q: Do you offer support? A: Yes, we offer live online support, 24 hour email support 7 days a week and telephone support during the hours of 10am to 3pm EST Monday through Friday.

Q: Do I have to change Providers? A: No, You would continue to use your current internet provider.

Q: Will your service work with high speed connections? A: Yes, Our service will accommodate satellite, cable, ISDN, DSL & other popular high speed connections. 

Q: Why such a low fee? How do you stay in business?: A: The idea was to provide the best resources available at a price anyone could afford. Our minimal one time charge allows us to cover bandwidth and operating costs associated the site while at the same time allowing us to grow with our member base.

Q: Are there any recurring fees or additional fees? A: No. There are no additional, recurring or hidden fees. A membership with Ultimate Anonymity is good for life!  We will never re-bill your credit card for anything, for any reason, ever.  

Q: Is my credit card information and the signup process in general safe? A: Yes. We do not use third party processors to conduct our transactions. We maintain our own secured server which uses our own Thawte security certificate. We process transactions ourselves through our own merchant bank account using a 128 bit (Banking Standard) secured SSL connection between you and us therefore, making your transaction quite secure. You can be confident that your personal information is not archived or given to others for any reason. Once a transaction is processed, your personal data is purged from our system. We also accept PayPal & E-Gold which allow for anonymous signups.
