Q: What happens if I lose or forget my user id & password? A: Each new member is assigned a user id & password upon signing up. Since we are a site dedicated to privacy & anonymity, we do not maintain a user list of our members. Each member is responsible for their own user access info. Members are urged to keep this information in a safe place in the event they forget or lose their assigned access information, as we are not responsible for lost user id’s and may not be able to replace them.
Q: I am a member, when I try to log in, I get no chance to enter my user id & password but instead go straight to an authorization failed screen? A: This is a common issue with Microsoft Explorer when it’s set to "Anonymous Login". The remedy for this can be found at HERE.
