Our Privacy Policy

1). We do not maintain a membership roster therefore we do not share or sell any information on anyone for any reason, ever. No information that you provide us will be shared with or distributed to anyone period.

2) We utilize our own merchant account to process orders. We do not maintain a database of members personal information. Once you submit your order, the information you provide is used only to obtain authorization to charge your credit card for the membership fee. The information you provided is then purged. No record is kept to associate a member with their chosen user name & password. 

When a member does submit their email address to sign up, it is used ONLY in the event there is a problem processing the order. Such examples might include a bank decline, user leaving a line blank or mistyping the credit card number (invalid credit card number). In such cases, the person signing up can be notified promptly at the address they supplied on the form of the error and given a chance to resubmit the order. Additionally, your email address will be used to notify you of a successful transaction and to provide you with a receipt. 

3). We do not log our website or re-mailer. We log no activity on our server.

4). Since we do not maintain a membership roster, there is no mailing list. You will not receive unwanted mailings from us via snail mail or electronic mail. All of our updated information and our monthly newsletter can be accessed by members anytime at their leisure by going to the members area. 

5). We do not accept advertising on our websites (www.ultimate-anonymity.com, ultimate-anonymity.net or ultimate-anonymity.org ). Members will not get hit with pop ups, banner ads or other annoying distractions.
