Will you re-bill my credit when my subscription ends?
No, we do not maintain a record of your personal information therefore we are not able to automatically re-bill you when and if your subscription expires ( lifetime subscription will not expire ). You would need to subscribe again if you wish to continue your subscription to to our service after a current subscription expires.
What type of logs do you maintain?

Will your service interfere with my regular e-mail?
No, you may continue using your default email client as you normally would. You choose when you want to be anonymous. Our service allows you to use both your regular, default email as you normally would, then use our service when you desire anonymity. We offer several methods of handling anonymous messages. You may use our secured, encrypted web based facility or use nifty easy to use software right from your desktop.We do show you how to send anonymous messages through our server directly from your existing email client should you elect to do so. If you use this option, you can still send and receive normal emails as you usually would via your current email client.
What platforms does your service work on?.
Our Software is designed for and will work on any Windows platform including Windows Vista and Windows 7. We also offer web based platforms for those who are unable or unwilling to load software onto their machines or for those using public or work computers. Our service is compatible with AOL.
Can i use your service on more than one PC?
You may use our software and our service on any computer that you own or use. From your own personal computers, to work computers and even public computers you may find yourself at from time to time.Your valid subscription goes with you and can be used by you anytime, anywhere on any computer you may use now or in the future for the duration of your subscription.
Do I have to change internet providers?
No, you may use our service and software using any Internet provider you desire. Our service will work with any internet connection on any computer. You will continue to use your existing internet connection to utilize our service allowing our service to "anonymize" your web travels.
